Prior to founding Parkhurst Talent Group, Ralph was the Head of Recruitment and Talent Solutions for the Americas at Talent Intelligence Incorporated, a global recruitment and research organization. During his twelve years at Talent Intelligence, he managed client relationships with domestic and international clients working across Healthcare, Medical Device, Finance & Accounting, Aviation, Management Consulting, and Manufacturing industries. While there, he led a team of Directors, Managers, Researchers and Interns that advised large,global corporations including GE Healthcare, GE Aviation, Medtronic, Thermo Fisher, Discover Financial Services and more in the areas of succession planning, pipelining and competitive intelligence. He also developed the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practice from infancy to increased billings and client partnerships.

Prior to working for Talent Intelligence, Ralph leveraged his talents as a Senior Partner in the Accounting and Finance practice of a national executive search firm. While there, Ralph earned President’s Club honors for his sales achievements in six out of seven years.

Ralph was proudly born and raised in Gary, Indiana. He is a graduate of Morehouse College with a Bachelor of Science in Bio-Chemistry. Aside from supporting his clients’ talent needs, Ralph loves to cheer on his son at every cross country and track meet.
